Training
Please refer to the Shropshire Schools Safeguarding Training Statement at the bottom of the page to ensure training is in line with local arrangements for staff (including volunteers); DSLs/DDSLs and Governors/Trustees/Committee Members.
Training can be provided through:
- A whole setting offer (Setting Based Development:SBD): Please contact the relevant lead officer to discuss requirements and costs.
- To individuals via our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offer as outlined below

Once you have booked on, you will further details (such as links to join online), as part of your confirmation email.
Cancellation:
All non-attendance and short notice cancellations will be charged at the standard course/event fee rate.
Short notice cancellation is classed as any cancellation received less than seven days before the course/event date.
You’re welcome to substitute delegates or transfer them to a future course/event of the same type at short notice.

Please note that relevant invoices and charges (including cancellation fees if applicable) will be sent to the indicated email address following the completion of the training.
