Please note once you have booked on, you will receive a link to the online training session, as part of your confirmation email.
Cancellation:
All non-attendance and short notice cancellations will be charged at the standard course/event fee rate.
Short notice cancellation is classed as any cancellation received less than seven days before the course/event date.
You’re welcome to substitute delegates or transfer them to a future course/event of the same type at short notice.
