Diane Pye has worked as a teacher, curriculum leader, headteacher, inspector, trainer and speaker. She is an expert in curriculum design. Diane inspects for Ofsted, worked with the curriculum unit and contributed to the HMI subject reports in 2023 and 2024. She provides training for English hubs and consultants across the country. Diane now runs an award-winning training platform, with over 800 schools accessing her online and face-to-face training.

Diane is passionate about top-quality curriculum design that inspires pupils and teachers alike. She has an excellent knowledge of current accountability measures and the rationale and research that sit behind the new inspection framework 2025.

Diane can support schools with:
